CONSTRUCTION SAFETY WEEK 2026 - Empowering Women in Construction

The Construction Safety Week Summit, hosted by NAWIC Philadelphia Chapter 145 and Penn-Jersey Tradeswomen Association, is a dynamic and empowering half-day event dedicated to advancing safety, education, and advocacy for women in the construction industry.

This summit brings together tradeswomen, industry professionals, and organizational partners for a morning of meaningful dialogue and practical learning focused on creating safer, more inclusive jobsite environments. Attendees will gain valuable insights from speakers representing organizations such as CWIT and NAWIC, with discussions centered on jobsite safety practices, properly fitting personal protective equipment (PPE), workplace rights, and advocacy.

In addition to educational sessions, participants will have the opportunity to connect with a variety of industry vendors and organizations, explore resources tailored to women in the industry, and build relationships within a strong and supportive community.
