This year’s theme, “Level Up. Build Strong,” highlights the continued growth, resilience, and excellence of women in the construction industry. It’s about raising the bar — for ourselves, our companies, and our communities — as we build a stronger, more inclusive future together.

Philadelphia Chapter 145 will host a dynamic lineup of in-person and virtual events designed to inspire connection, professional development, and celebration of the incredible women who are shaping the industry every day. Whether you join us onsite or online, there will be opportunities to learn, network, and grow!
